 HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training.  It is a great option to get your heart rate up and build muscle at the same time!  This style of workout gives you a great sweat in a short period of time.  You can expect a combination of explosive bodyweight movements and challenging strength exercises.  Join me for an intense, sweaty workout that  is sure to be rewarding to finish.
